We have ongoing requirements for sites for development. We mainly concentrate on behalf of our clients in the South-west and South Wales, but are working on schemes in both the North and East of the country.

100-300 units suburban areas of cities/larger towns
100 units plus for sites with flood risk or permanent water
Only sites where highly sustainable development is being positively encouraged are likely to be of interest.
Given the nature of the current market (July 2008) it is very difficult for vendors and purchasers to agree a deal. Joint ventures and partnership are therefore more likely to be relevant at this time.
